Good Samaritan Catholic Primary School, Fairy Meadow, is an initiative of the Diocese of Wollongong and the Parishes of St Francis Xavier Wollongong and St John Vianney’s, Fairy Meadow.
Under the supervision of the Catholic Education Office, Diocese of Wollongong, a new and refurbished school will be built on the current site of St John Vianney’s School on the corner of the Princes Highway and McGrath St, Fairy Meadow to open at the start of 2012.
Good Samaritan will be a three stream school amalgamated from and catering for students from the existing St Francis Xavier’s and St John Vianney’s schools. A new Learning Centre for students with Special Learning Needs will form part of the new school.
Enrolments are open for the existing schools but for Kindergarten 2012 at the new school, enrolments are open in February 2011.
