On 22 March 2023, Bishop Brian Mascord DD decreed the document Bearers of Christ’s Love – Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Wollongong is to be the clear path within the diocese to ensure our Catholic schools will be high quality centres of learning, where faith is experienced and lived out as an integral part of students’ education.

Bearers of Christ’s Love — Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Wollongong is the first document of its type in our diocese since the 1970s. It explores the purpose of Catholic schools as an expression of the Church experience, as well as the vital connection between schools, parents, parishes, and the diocese itself.
