Accreditation Recognition

The CEDoW annual Accreditation Recognition Ceremony acknowledges teachers for achieving National Education Standards Authority (NESA) accreditation levels by conferring on them an Accreditation Recognition Award.

In recognition of a teacher's achievement of NESA accreditation levels, the following acknowledgements will be provided by CEDoW:

  • PROFICIENT TEACHER - All teachers who have attained the level of Proficient by the end of Term 2 each year, and have worked the equivalent of 100 or school more days within the systemic schools of the Diocese, will receive a framed certificate and a bronze CEDoW pin.

  • HIGHLY ACCOMPLISHED TEACHER - All teachers who have attained the level of Highly Accomplished by the end of Term 2 each year, and have worked the equivalent of 100 or more school days within the systemic schools of the Diocese, will receive a framed certificate and a silver CEDoW pin.

  • LEAD TEACHER - All teachers who have attained the level of Lead by the end of Term 2 each year, and have worked the equivalent of 100 or more school days within the systemic schools of the Diocese, will receive a framed certificate and a gold CEDoW pin.

Accreditation Recognition Ceremony

In 2019, the Accreditation Recognition Ceremony will be held on Wednesday, 28 August 2019 at Villa D'Oro, Wollongong.

The ceremony is a formal event that is held on the afternoon of the Principals’ and CEO Meeting Day in Term 3 each year, and attended by recipients of the awards and invited family members and colleagues, as well as principals and senior CEO personnel.
