As part of the annual Lighting the Way Faith and Learning Recognition Awards Evening, the Director of Schools retains the absolute discretion to confer an exceptional Distinguished Achievement Recognition Award in any given year.
The Distinguished Achievement Recognition Award is an exceptional acknowledgement, awarded to an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the overarching mission of Catholic education in the Diocese.
In 2017, Dr Brian Croke was named a most worthy recipient of the Director's Distinguished Achievement Recognition Award.
