Sport News | Term 1, 2022 Sports Wrap

Posted 13 April 2022 by John Sparks in Sport News

As we close the door on term 1, we can only reflect on what has been an exceptionally challenging 11 weeks. I would like to express my sincere thanks to all schools for their ongoing support, flexibility and communication to allow our students the pathway sport opportunities to continue. Looking back over the term and the number of changes that needed to be made was in a word, unbelievable!

Thank you also the the parent's and carers of our students for your ongoing support in adapting to the many program changes and still finding the time and energy to get you son, daughter or grandchild to our trials and sporting events.

There has been so much extra administrative work at all levels, so I appreciate the ongoing time everyone has invested at a local level to allow your students so many opportunities.

Let's hope that term 2 will be brighter in so many ways. We will be back in action from Tuesday 26 April with our primary and secondary sports meetings and hopefully a full program of events in term 2.

On behalf of CEDoW Sport, I wish you and your families a happy, safe and restful Easter and holiday break.
