The Messiah has Arrived

My artwork is about family. Joseph is looking lovingly at both Mary and Jesus with his strong hand resting on Jesus’ head. Mary looks down at her son peacefully, holding him safely in her arms. My parents show the same love and care as Mary and Joseph had for Jesus. Every night  my family and I read the Bible. We reflect about the stories of God and Jesus.  I am so blessed to have a loving family who puts a roof over my head and food on my plate.

This story shows Mary and Joseph’s pure love for God. I am inspired by the art YouTuber SuperRaeDizzle, because she taught me to use different art mediums including graphite pencil. It is a simple medium but creates great shading and tones in my artwork. She inspired me to go out of my comfort zone and to try something new.
