My artwork “Perspectives of Egypt,'' depicts many thoughts and emotions. The artwork physically represents the mountains and hills in the desert lands of Egypt. It shows King Herod's castle in the background and Jesus’ stable towards the front.

The artwork is divided into four equal quarters, and each quarter showcases a different style of art. Quarter one is realism, quarter two is dot painting, quarter three is abstract, and quarter four is based on a mandala.

My artwork was inspired by Van Gogh and Rosalind Monks due to the art styles used.

I personally connect to my artwork and the scripture passage in many ways. I can connect with the scripture due to the fact that when I was young, I had to go over to Poland for two months. I was only six months old and it was a struggle for my Mum to travel all alone with me. I could feel the pain Mary was going through when she had to stay and protect her child from Herod who wanted to kill her child. My mum had to protect me while travelling alone.
